More about Finn

MEET FINN

Finn is a very special (on the small side) Australian Shepherd. He's a dynamic and intelligent 45 lbs pup with a knack for learning and a love for play - (he especially loves fetch)!

Finn is 4.5 years old, neutered and up to date on vaccines. He comes with a lot of training and professionals who know and love him.

Finn's daily routine is important to him. He enjoys meals fed with snuffle mats and puzzle toys, so if you like being creative, Finn will be there for it! Finn is always eager to tackle new puzzles and training games, making him the perfect companion for someone who enjoys consistently working and playing with their dog.

Finn is searching for a special person who is calm, patient, and committed to positive reinforcement training. He requires continued noise desensitization and a loving stable environment where he can flourish. He will require continuation of behavior medication to thrive.

When he's home alone, Finn is crate trained and easily rests or sleeps in his crate until his humans return.

Finn has gone on group outings with Dog Adventures NW and his pup buddies for over three years, and has had successful overnights at his adventure leader’s home. Finn might be okay in a home with another dog, pending a proper introduction and compatibility assessment.

Finn's prey drive has resulted in increased chasing of the household cat, so his new home should not have small animals or children.

If you're ready to provide Finn with the active and supportive home he needs, then he could be the perfect match for you. Email or call us to connect!
